How do I create a community?
Head to /communities and click the "Create" button, or use the + icon at the bottom of the server rail on the left side of the app. You'll be asked for a name, an optional avatar, and a slug for your invite URL.
How do I join a community?
You can browse public communities at /discover, paste an invite link directly into the URL bar, or open the join modal from the server rail and enter the invite code a friend sent you.
I can't sign in or my verification email never arrived.
First, check your spam or promotions folder — verification mail comes from noreply@kachd.com. If it's not there, request a new verification link from the sign-in page. Still stuck? Email accounts@kachd.com from the address on the account and we'll sort it out.
How do refunds work?
See our refund policy for the full details. In short: subscriptions can be cancelled any time and prorated refunds are considered case-by-case. File purchases follow the seller's stated terms, with a baseline 24-hour window for clearly broken downloads.
I want to delete my account.
Account deletion is self-serve. Open /dms/settings and scroll to the Account section. Deletion is permanent — your profile, sessions, and personal data are removed within 30 days, and database backups rotate out shortly after.
How do I report content?
Every message has a report button in its context menu — that flags the message to the community's moderators and (for severe issues) the platform team. For copyright takedowns, use the form at /dmca-policy.
I've been banned or suspended.
If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, email appeals@kachd.com from the address on the account. Include your username and a brief description of the action you're appealing — we'll review and respond.
How does pricing work?
The Free tier is always available with no credit card required. Paid tiers (Creator, Pro, and Vault) unlock more storage and lower marketplace fees — full details are at /pricing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
