Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on the Kachd platform ("the Platform"), which is operated by NorfBay LLC ("NorfBay," "we," "us").
1. Scope
This policy applies to platform subscriptions (Creator, Pro, and Vault tiers) and to community access purchases (paid communities). Marketplace file transactions between buyers and individual sellers are addressed separately below.
2. Platform Subscription Refunds
Platform subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Vault) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future billing immediately. The current billing period is non-refundable except in cases of a verified billing error reported within 14 days of the charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@kachd.com within 14 days with your account email and the transaction ID.
3. Community Access Purchases
One-time community access purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the buyer has not posted, downloaded, or uploaded any content within the community. Once any of these actions has occurred, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
4. Marketplace File Purchases
Sellers set their own refund policy on a per-product basis. Reliq facilitates a refund only when the seller approves it. Reliq does not unilaterally refund file purchases except in cases of fraud or duplicate billing.
A verified copyright takedown (DMCA) on a purchased file does NOT automatically trigger a refund. Buyers concerned about a takedown may contact the seller, or contact support@kachd.com if fraud is suspected.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@kachd.com with your purchase ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting support@kachd.com may result in account suspension pending resolution. We are happy to work through any billing or purchase issue directly — please reach out before disputing a charge.
